On June 15, 2024, the 6th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications (ICAITA 2024) was successfully held in Changchun, China! This grand event was hosted by Changchun University of Science and Technology, with its School of Electronic and Information Engineering serving as the primary organizer, and in collaboration with its Schools of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science and Technology, and Life Science and Technology.


Leaders from multiple institutions including Northeast Electric Power University, Changchun University, Changchun Normal University, and Changchun University of Technology graced the occasion. Attendees from Heriot-Watt University in the UK, Beijing Institute of Technology, Air Force Engineering University, and Liaoning University, among others, engaged in lively academic exchanges, with over a hundred participants discussing the latest trends and advancements in computer science-related fields. These interactions served to enhance research, broaden perspectives in AI technologies and applications, and foster collaborations for the industrialization of academic achievements, thereby actively contributing to industry upgrades and innovations.

Keynote Speech

In the keynote session, renowned speakers including Prof. Zhang Haijun (National Outstanding Youth Fund recipient and IEEE Fellow from Beijing University of Science and Technology), Prof. He Xiangjian (National-level Talent and Chair Professor from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China), Prof. Yang Qinmin from Zhejiang University, and Prof. Miao Dongjing from Harbin Institute of Technology shared their insights on "Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications." Their presentations, based on cutting-edge research, offered unique perspectives on the forefront of computer science development and explored future industry trends. Active participation and enthusiastic exchanges amongst experts enriched the discussions, with the sharing of novel research findings, practical experiences, and technological innovations.
